Postal days will be Mondays & Fridays. Terms & Conditions. All items to be paid for at time of ordering. Payment by Paypal, Postal Order(within 2 days) or Bank Transfer. Please make sure to include your address and order details in Paypal notes & in email if paying by bank transfer. If paying by postal order please include all details of order in the accompanying letter. All items to be posted are done so via Signed for Delivery, prices start at £2 for UK Mainland and are weight and size dependant. All items posted within 5 working days of in stock items and should take 2/5 days to reach you.Please bear in mind once posted to allow Royal Mail time to get your parcel to you, especially at busy times. They do not declare an item as missing until 15 working days have passed, this is something I have no control over. Personalised & Made to Order items may take 10 working days to produce if items are in stock dependant on workload at time. Holiday period orders may take longer. Pre-order items may take upto 28 working days. Orders unpaid after 48 hours will be cancelled. Returns & Refunds, please see separate document. Items for collection require deposit of £5 or full payment (whichever is the lesser) at time of order. Pram Charms are sold as keepsakes and as such it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure they are treated as such. Although care and attention is given to all my items and all are stitched or glued well, hair clips, headbands etc... should not be left on children & babies under 5 years without adult supervision as they could have small parts and be a choking hazard.

No I do not do beaded dummy clip. Dummy clips/toy savers can be made from our ribbon with embroidered name if required.
