OrangeFox is a nutritionist with 18 years experience and now specialises in Sports Nutrition. But he is also a self confessed bike and unicycle nut. As a scientist he understands the finer details of suspension and is a Fox Certified technician. A Mountain Bike Leader Awards qualified Trail Cycle Leader and can take you on trails both off and on roads which you may never find yourself to see Scotl

and at its best. He is also finishing his British Cycling Level 2 Coaching qualifications and is an experience coach from young children through to adults. What about Body Fat Percentage - a scary one :-O But very important - weight loss per se can have negative results, gain in muscle and loss of non-essential fat is the name of the game :-) I have the equipment to measure this and the knowledge to get you to optimum Race Weight.
