A remarkable pair of mid-century bronze crane lamps raised on substantial alabaster and bronze plinths, retaining their original faux tortoiseshell shades. Beautifully modelled as complementary forms rather than simple mirrored castings, the lamps combine sculptural elegance with a rich amber glow when illuminated. Exceptionally heavy and finely made throughout, these striking pieces embody the glamour and sophistication of high-end Continental decorative lighting, bringing warmth, atmosphere and unmistakable presence to any interior.

Late 19th century elm vernacular armchair with a finely woven string seat. Subtle irregularities, slender shaping and honest construction place it on the cusp of the Arts and Crafts movement, while retaining a distinctly rural character. Structurally sound with age-true repairs. Quiet, tactile, and increasingly scarce in this form.
