Not something most cyclists see, 👀 but us mechanic get the pleasure to see now and again ( not the 5p coin that's for scale only)😅

They can be soft, but also can be hard. They can be quite noisy when moving, and quirt when still. But usually mean you need a top up.🚲🛠

Got to meet theses three happy chaps this morning for a bit of mechanical help.🛠🚲😄🚴🚴🚴

They are doing Lands End to John O Groats Raising awareness and money for prostrate cancer UK, as one of them is hopeful in remission from this nasty disease.
And said if hadn't had been for Sir Chris Hoy making the awareness of this disease, he wouldn't have got checked out. 🙌👏

They are following the Sustrans NCN route all the way to bonny Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
Good trip guys, and hopefully the weather will be as kind as it was today??
