We are aware there is a sign for a V**e shop opening soon at our old Neath shop, please be assured we have not sold out and we are not affiliated with this company in any way, shape or form! Just a reminder to our customers that the Neath shop is permanently closed and has been before the Covid enforced closures.

We are now 100% based online and we also do telephone orders.

We stock all the same products as we used to, plus many new products!

All orders are sent via Royal Mail first class post and orders received before 3pm Monday to Friday will be sent the same day.

The KingV**e Neath shop will be closing it’s doors for the last time tomorrow, but fear not!

Our telephone lines will be closed from Easter Friday to Easter Monday, any orders placed online after 3pm Thursday will be posted out on Tuesday. Hope you all have a lovely Easter and stay home and stay safe.

We have received a number of calls this week with people saying they are outside the shop and asking can they collect, these are not regular customers, these are va**rs looking for v**e supplies, we really do understand that on Monday 23rd March when the UK Prime minister announced the closure of non essential retail that va**rs may not have been prepared that the next day their regular v**e shop wouldn’t be open. But the advice is VERY CLEAR, DO NOT make non-essential journeys; Stay at Home, Protect the NHS, SAVE Lives!

Online Retail is still open for business, if you need .... coils, liquids, replacement glass, a new device - literally anything we used to stock in store, either visit our website www.kingv**e.co.uk or ring us on 01639 262728 to place a telephone order, all orders received before 3pm Monday to Friday will be posted the same day, first class by Royal Mail. There is a high demand on postal services which may cause deliveries to take longer than usual.

As of 23 March 2020 the UK Government has announced the closure of non-essential retail.

Online retail is still open and the postal service is continuing to run.

As you can imagine, this week we have received an increase in the amount of orders we have received and also an increase in the quantity of products ordered. We post our orders via Royal Mail and all orders are sent via first class postage, *Royal Mail aims to deliver by the next working day*. All orders received by us before 3pm are posted the same day. If you have always received your orders the next day and on this occasion you haven’t, please don’t panic, it can often take a day or two longer for packages to arrive for reasons beyond our control. Also we are in an unprecedented situation and many postal workers maybe and are self isolating and to ensure smooth service some Posties are covering more than their usual round. We wish to assure you, we are well stocked despite the current increase in demand. Should there be a situation where the postal service is not running, we will aim to try and hand deliver products ordered locally in the Neath Port Talbot area where practically legal to do so.

If you are able to ‘stock up’, it maybe advised to do so if you feel you would be concerned if you order doesn’t arrive when you would usually expect i.e. the next day or if you are at all worried that you may run out in the case of self isolation or being at home looking after children and maybe va**ng a little more.

We are a family run business and have been on the journey with many of you from the start, your continued business means a lot to us and we may not be a big company but we do care!
