If you have anything to do with weddings either as a business or as a planner, bride, or helping in any way I feel the need to let you know that a company I have had a bad experience with, along with hundreds if not thousands of others have moved into a different trading name.
They are advertising venues and suppliers etc without their knowledge and this may influence you to believe a certain give away is legitimate and a company is a good choice to do business with. Please check to see if your business is being advertised on Confetti.
If you’re looking to hire venues or suppliers for your big day then I would suggest personal recommendations or perhaps Hitched.

Please share with others. Lead with love and kindness.

Just to let you know I am no longer trading so have nothing to gain here. I would like to prevent others from sharing my bad experience .

I absolutely loved running this business and everything that goes with it. However, after a certain experience with an unnamed wedding business I found myself unable to keep putting the time, effort and funding into this business with the likelihood I could lose it all.
As it turned out the worst happened this year and I lost my case, that’s a whole other debacle that I won’t go into here but will be pursuing soon. I have not given up.

This all leads me to share the fact that I have closed this business. I’m selling off whatever I can and moving onto my next venture. I may be back in some form in months or years time so I’m leaving my socials up. I worked so hard in them. 😞 It broke my heart to delete my website.

If you would like to buy any of my pieces, my cord or commission anything then please do it soon.
Just drop me a message. I’m happy to share my experience if anyone wants to know or is concerned, I just can’t speak publicly about it at this time.

Now I’m going to go and enjoy my new business, my Christmas with my family and a few festive tunes!

*insert classic sorry I’ve been MIA apology here*

It’s been a week of birthdays, birth days and back to school days in our family. Not quite the first week of the working year that I intended but I’m so not sorry!
We’ve had lots of cuddles with our new addition to our family, I’m finally an aunt! Time with our wonderful son and a little crafting time too (hence the photo).
As we move into 2024 I would love to know what you would like to see on this account. Leave me a comment below if you have any ideas or comment any random emoji if you just want to show your support for me and my page!

*CHRISTMAS 2023*

Closing for Christmas and super excited for family down time! It really is what it’s all about isn’t it!

Before I go though I want to thank everyone that has supported my business this year. It’s been incredibly tricky but I’ve enjoyed every second of it.
I have some commissions to do throughout January but my diary is open for bespoke commissions from February, just get in touch!

Regular website orders will be processed again from 3rd Jan, don’t worry you won’t need to wait long!

I’ll be planning some workshops in the new year too. What would you like to make?

Unfortunately I have had to cancel this craft evening due to lack of interest. If you thought of buying a ticket but didn’t I would love it if you could let me know why. Was it the day? The time? The proposed piece? Was it the cost?

My up coming macrame craft evenings is planned for Saturday 16th December with the fab team at . We’ll be having fizz or a luxury hot drink upon arrival, making our Christmas decorations and having a right laugh together I’m sure!
I loved that a few of the Halloween attendees came dressed up to the ghost workshop. Maybe we could dress Christmassy for this one? 🤔

Letter box gift, stocking filler. Perfect for guitar owners!

Today i had a bespoke order to make these minimalistic guitar hangers and it struck me what a good idea they are. Especially at this time of year when we can really use gifts that fit in letter box sized packaging. I’ll definitely be making a few for my next market stall and to have one on hand for website orders! I’ll be getting some pictures of a guitar hanging in one soon so watch this space!

🎤 For one day only…..

… I’ll be out and about in person with my pieces at my stall at Christmas fair. It starts on Friday from 4pm, Saturday 1-6 and I’ll be there on the Sunday from 11-4. If you have any special requests say asap and I’ll try to get them made and ready to collect from the event.
Santa will be there, the indoor play area open.

How early is too early?

I am so excited to decorate but we’re waiting until December. Are you waiting? Decorating this weekend? Or… are yours already up?
I’m going to do my front door wreath soon. As I’m sure you can guess I’ve been making lots of Christmas decorations so I’m beginning to feel very festive. These ones are new, tomorrows plan is classic boho style ones. Which are your style?

It’s been a long time since I’ve mentioned my business here, I rarely post anything anymore but today is the day… or tonight is the night should I say.
Many if you know the challenging business year I’ve had with what I feel to be a certain companies predatory practices but I’ll be able to say more once I’ve had my day in court. Terrified but it’s the right thing to do.

However, I’m happy to say I have a workshop coming up in December, I’ll be at Brimstage Christmas market and I’m putting together my Christmas collections too.
