I sell collectable and rare vinyl of all music genre, from Rock and Pop, through Indie, Punk and Alternate, to Prog, Psych, Jazz, Blues etc etc.

Anyone gets offered a WEYMANN BANJO like this one in the next few days, I had one stolen in a smash and grab raid at my shop in New Milton yesterday morning. Also a yellow skate board. Let me know, ta. Oh, by the way, police are currently viewing CCTV footages so whoever the dirty rotten scum bag is, we’re on to them!

For anyone following The Groove Records, my last trading day before Christmas will be Monday 23rd.
I’m closed Christmas Eve through to January 2nd with the exception of Saturday 28th December when I’ll be open from 0830-1500 that day.

A big thank you to all my customers throughout this last year, it’s been a helluva ride, long may it continue!

Steve Wright was a genius, funny, energetic, knowledgeable, etc etc. but one thing I heard him say once has stuck with me ever since.
He was being interviewed by someone, can’t remember who, but they asked him how he kept up the enthusiasm and hard work for so long.
He said, don’t forget, the listeners on Friday at ten to five in the afternoon, expect the same effort and energy you gave on Monday first thing, and so on through the week. You have to remember that as much as possible, it’s about the listeners, not you.
That’s good advice in any working environment, not easy to achieve and goodness knows I’ve failed many times to heed that advice, but I do keep it in mind, remember Wrightys words, and do my best.
