Opening later this morning!

The inclement weather means the A1 is completely closed between Retford and Newark, making the journey down a bit of a trek, so I'll be opening late today, but I will be there later.

Remember, everything's reduced to clear, so pop in later and to some absolute bargains.

Hello Newark!

Well, it's been a hectic few weeks in our booky world. If you didn't already know, despite previous announcements, we've had a stay of ex*****on here at the bookshop, so we're still open for the time being.

We're still having our clearance sale though, so there's still big reductions on everything, and this is the perfect point to remind you that it's , so pop in, say hello, and grab yourself a bargain.

Following her phenomenally successful Midnight in Everwood MA Kuzniar has a brand new title, Upon a Frosted Star, a reimagined cross between The Great Gatsby and Swan Lake. It would make a fantastic Christmas gift, and we have plenty of copies!

IMPORTANT SHOP ANNOUNCEMENT

It is with regret that we have made the difficult decision to close our physical shop in Newark. There are many reasons for this including the decline of the high street, the cost of living crisis, and also our own circumstances.

We will be closing our doors at the end of September, and all books already in stock are now reduced, by up to 75% off RRP, to clear the stock. We are still able to fulfil customer orders, but please note that these will still be at full RRP. We know that some people have pre-ordered upcoming releases and these will still be fulfilled.

We will no longer be selling gift vouchers for Neverland, however vouchers for our sister shop in Retford are available.

This isn't goodbye. Our sister shop, the award-winning Wonderland Bookshop in Retford remains open and we hope to see some of our young customers visit us there. Simply put, this is a step into Wonderland for children and young adults where you'll be greeted with a smile and an upside down tea party hanging on the ceiling.

Wonderland Bookshop will be happy to redeem any outstanding Neverland Bookshop tokens until March 31st 2024, and this includes ordering in of any adult titles. Delivery is available.

Schools, we would love to continue working with you, and orders can be fulfilled through Wonderland Bookshop. You can continue to get in touch with us on [email protected]. This isn't goodbye, more a see you later. Maybe one day, we'll bring the physical shop back.
