📢 POLITE REMINDER TO ALL STALLHOLDERS 📢
We would like to kindly remind all stallholders that we operate a STRICT NO REFUND POLICY. This policy is clearly stated within the booking form and Terms & Conditions, which are agreed to upon booking.
Where availability allows, we may be able to MOVE your booking to an alternative market date. However, this is entirely dependent on space being available and cannot always be guaranteed.
On very rare occasions, a refund may be considered as a gesture of goodwill, but please note this would be an exception and not something that will be offered routinely or in future circumstances.
Organising these events involves significant time, work, and financial commitment, including:
• Venue hire
• Advertising & marketing
• Administration
• Event planning & organisation
• Setting up and running the market Purchasing Banners to advertise Photocoping posters to place around area
Unfortunately, these costs still need to be covered regardless of cancellations.
We appreciate your understanding, support, and cooperation in helping us continue to run successful indoor craft markets for everyone. ❤️
