It’s dinner time.

Coconut jollof rice (serves 5)

Ingredients:
650g rice
1 jar of Turilicious jollof sauce
2 cans of coconut milk (400ml each)
250ml water
1 tsp salt
2 stock cubes (optional)

Cook on medium to low heat for 40mins
