Vendor arrival is from 8:30am. Please ensure you arrive promptly to allow sufficient setup time before public entry.

Vendor parking access is limited to the designated car park area only. Please follow any instructions provided by Event staff on arrival.

All vendors will be required to sign the vendor application confirmation and declaration form prior to trading. Setup may be delayed until all required forms have been completed. You will be then shown to your designated table(s).

Vendors are responsible for their own stock, cash, equipment, and rubbish throughout the Event. Please ensure your trading area remains clean and professional at all times.

We recommend bringing any extension leads, displays, or equipment required for your setup, and ensuring your ticketing/payment systems are fully charged and operational before arrival.

Please ensure your ticket is ready upon arrival, either printed or available on your smartphone, to help keep entry running smoothly.

Guests without their ticket ready may be asked to step aside while they locate it, in order to avoid delays for other attendees.

Tickets are the responsibility of the purchaser. We are unable to guarantee reissue or resend of lost, deleted, or misplaced tickets, so please check your email carefully in advance.

If your ticket cannot be located or your booking cannot be verified, entry may be delayed or refused.

Please ensure you arrive during your allocated ticket time slot:

- Early Bird Ticket Holders: First entry for the initial 30 minutes
- General Admission: Entry following the Early Bird access period
- Afternoon Ticket Holders: Entry only during their designated admission window
- Pay on the Door: Available after priority ticket holders, subject to venue capacity
