We then fitted LX H-Floor large parquet throughout, in the stunning Cream Oak finish.

This installation features our Colonia range – using a stylish small parquet tile design, also available in a wide choice of colours and sizes to suit any space.

🔹 Preparation: We first fully screeded the living room to create a perfectly smooth, level base ready for fitting.
🔹 Living Area: Laid with the Colonia parquet LVT for that classic, modern look.
🔹 Toilet: Finished with Harvey Maria LVT in a beautiful traditional Victorian-style pattern, adding a touch of character to the smaller space.

Then fitted throughout large format parquet flooring from the Invictus range, finished with:

We’ve had so many messages lately asking if we supply or fit LVT click flooring — thank you for all the interest! 😊

We wanted to be clear: we do not sell LVT click flooring, and we do not offer a fitting service for it either.

Over time, we’ve seen first‑hand the common issues that come with this type of product — from expansion and contraction problems, to gaps appearing, instability, and poor long‑term performance. In our experience, it simply doesn’t offer the reliability or quality we’d want for our customers, so we’ve chosen not to work with it.

If you’re looking for flooring advice or installation, we’d be happy to talk you through the options we do recommend and fit — products we know will stand the test of time and look great in your home.

For this project, we took the smart approach: instead of the messy, time-consuming job of lifting and removing old ceramic tiles, we carefully primed and screeded directly over the existing surface. This created a perfectly smooth, stable base – saving time, cost, and disruption.

Then we finished it off with Colonia Stone Effect LVT – giving the whole space a sleek, modern, realistic stone finish that’s durable, easy to clean, and looks absolutely stunning.
