Regardless of how hectic and busy your days are, it's so important to set aside some you-time. It can be taking ten minutes with a cup of tea and a book or setting aside a whole afternoon for a soothing bath, as long as you're giving yourself a bit of time detox from the dramas of everyday life. 🛀
