I asked my mom what being a grandma feels like, and her answer wrecked me in the best way. 🥹

“It’s motherhood again,” she said, “but slower. Softer. Wiser.”

“It’s loving two generations at once.
It’s patience replacing pressure.
It’s grace where there used to be hurry.”

“And it’s watching your daughter parent… realizing she needed the same love you now give her babies.”

Then she smiled,
“It’s love..doubled.” ❤️🥹
