Well we are fully into Elf mode at them moment and it’s only going to get more crazy!!!!

Elf Houses have gone crazy again! The delivery that has come in this week got the houses is for the ones that were due the end of this month. We have around 1000 orders for this batch alone so it’s going to take us a minute to get through them, we work in order so we can not say when your order is going out just that it is in this batch and will go out when we get to it. The balloons we will ship soon as they arrive, but that may not be for a couple of weeks.

Good news I know we said the acrylic suitcases will be here start of November but that was a back up and it looks like they will start to arrive around the third week in October. The sooner you order the sooner you will get them if you leave it too long you will be in the last batch as these are selling fast!

Elf Pyjamas these be taken off the websites at midnight on Sunday so we can catch up doing these as everyone (even the blank one) are made to order.

Wow we have shipped nearly 1000 elf houses today!!!

And the feedback from customers collecting has been amazing

These are 40cm tall so huge and you won’t find bigger or better quality anywhere else. These also as requested by lots of customers have 2 holes for 2 elves 😬

These were fully designed by myself and literally took months and I’m absolutely over the moon with them.

These cover not only your everyday Traditional colours but also Pink and many football teams.

Hope you all love them as much as I do, I love them so much I’m considering just leaving them in my livingroom as early Christmas decorations🤣🤣

Please remember if you have any houses in your order that says October then they will not go out until the batch comes in October.

If your order for these houses all say September then we are currently just shipping the houses and when the balloons arrive we will ship them.

Well Teddy’s Video definitely made an impact! The sales for Elf items have gone through the roof!!!

YOU WILL NOT FIND ONES LIKE THESE ANYWHERE (until someone decides to try and copy🤣🤣)

These are a massive 40cm in hight and made from the best material. Most elf houses are made from thin paper or thin cardboard designed to last the one Christmas (if that as I broke a thin one while putting it together!) but unlike the thin happy meal ones OURs are designed to last for years.

The quality is amazing and we have had many customers collecting today and absolutely loving them and some of even went straight home and ordered more.😬

Thank you so much I can not explain how much work has gone into not only these but all OUR products this year and we have had some of the most amazing feedback.

If anyone has Elf houses and lives local and wants to collect please let me know, you don’t need to wait for your balloons to collect.

We ordered bigger boxes and we have stated to process orders already.

Right back to doing orders as I’m still getting a crazy amount of “where’s my orders” messages when most of the time I’m currently doing them!

Please remember not everything has come in yet so it really doesn’t matter if the items were ordered July or last week, if they haven’t come in we can not ship but also if you have prints in your order then we have hundreds of print orders to get through and the printers can only go so fast!

We are due another velvet delivery that covers all outstanding orders that day August and then another next week for the September ones.

1st Batch of Elf houses are here and they are enormous, I think I went over the top with them 🤣

Balloons are not due until the very end of the month but could so slightly into October so if you have balloons too these will not go out yet.

I will keep you all updated on outstanding products coming in but please I can’t keep responding to everyone, we are going as fast as we can and the printers keep going down too which is not helping matters.

Gary do not look!

Supplier forgot to send me this last week showing the last batch of our Acrylic suitcases before being loaded onto the tuck 🤦🏼‍♀️

The realisation on where we are going to put all of these and 60,000 elf houses is starting to hit home!!!

But luckily for us the way everything is selling at the moment over 75% will be out the door when they arrive!!!!

Hi How’s everyone’s Saturday going???

How’s mine you ask???
Well I woke up ready to take my custom items by storm and to get them all ready to send to the supplier tomorrow so she could make a start on them first thing Monday! And I did make a start on them but before my ADHD meds kicked in it suddenly came into my head that I wanted to see if Ninja had a release date for the microwave in the UK that I’ve been waiting two years to come out after someone from Ninja told me they were working on one and ever since I’ve been cursing this person as I didn’t think it was going to happen🤣 so the easily distracted me decided to look it up, and then I realised it was already released in the UK a few days ago 🤦🏼‍♀️ I then speak to Gary on the phone telling him the exciting news and said when he gets home we need to decide on a colour as we can get it delivered Monday. So then I happily go back to some work, then remembered that yesterday afternoon one of the DTF Printers went down and that needed fixing so off I went to spend hours fixing that! It’s not fully back in order but nearly there!

Then I remembered Rachel and Jordan was dropping off their puppy Winston for 10 days while they go away! So back to the house I go and then Gary comes back I excitingly start talking to him about ordering the microwave. We decided on a colour after he said to get whatever you want! I went to order the microwave and now the delivery date is not for at least a couple of weeks so I’ve ordered it and now I’ll have to be patient 😭

Moral of the story is maybe don’t wait to speak to Gary about something he actually doesn’t really care about and just do it.🤣

More orders were also done today and we’re now continuing.

We have had some amazing feedback on the velvet range over the last couple of days which is fantastic. Thank you for that.

Acrylic suitcases there is no cutoff date for these we have 20,000 on way so once they sell, they sell, and I know some people have noticed that the date has changed on them to towards the end of October as I’ve spoken to the supplier and they supplied me all the tracking numbers which actually shows that these have been in transit longer than I thought they were and they were just a bit late to giving me an update! So that exciting 😬 we keep on getting asked about the size please remember when we bought these a long time ago and before everyone jumped on the bandwagon, we did our due diligence to check the quality of these as there is different types of quality out there and we are seeing a lot of people sell the lower quality. But please rest assure that ours are the largest and best quality as only the best for our customers

Elf Houses
The first batch of many Elf houses will be here this week (no balloons yet) anyone who hasn’t ordered balloons with these and just the houses we will start getting them out soon as they arrive. I’m so excited, I cannot tell you the amount of work that went into these. Balloons will hopefully be soon and I will give another post tomorrow regarding the houses and balloons and something that got changed for the positive😬

Again, we are working through orders, we are still waiting for an update on Santa and Halloween pyjamas hopefully have some news on Monday. There was an issue with the supplier, putting Santas on the pocket of the pyjamas , which are meant to be blank for customisation. So they had to fix all of that.

Santa a tumbles are due next week on the Christmas candy Jars, will update you when they ping on my tracker. 

Right back to work so I can continue getting your orders done before you ask that “ where’s my order?” question.🤣

Hi Happy Friday

So it seems like I need to ask this question hopefully for the very last time. In 20 years, I’ve never lost my car keys, but some of you may recall at the start of the year. I lost a set and asked you all to please check your deliveries and then about six weeks later I found them randomly in a box of straws 🤷🏼‍♀️

So that time has come again🤦🏼‍♀️ this week I decided to change my fuel guzzler for an electric Mustang 😬 but then when I went to get both set of keys for my original car on Wednesday I suddenly realised one of the set of keys was not there🤦🏼‍♀️ we have been searching and cannot seem to find them and I 100% know I definitely had them on Thursday or Friday last week so can you all check your deliveries and see if by any chance I’ve dropped it in you’re order. It’s a black BMW key with a red motel keyring on it!
I know it’s likely going to be here but just in case as we have been searching with no luck!………..and yes, I have now added AirTags to my new keys.🤣

CUSTOM ITEMS

Anyone who wants customs items for Christmas, please can you get your orders in ASAP. We are still working through the massive amount of orders and I just keep on sending job lots over to the supplier and getting them to make a start on them rather than waiting for every single one from me this way it doesn’t cause a backlog, which is great as I’ve already seen some of them finished.

I haven’t had a chance to do it yet, but if anybody wants any of the items that are on the custom website, but with their own designs, you can have anything on there, please let me know and I will add the option as this is something we will be adding anyway I just haven’t had a chance.

✅ We are blasting away with all the orders, so please still bear with us, on the product side we’ve managed to get loads done now that we have the Milk and Cookies boxes and the Santa Boxes BUT there is still a delay on the print site due to the amount of prints everybody’s ordered and there’s nothing we can do about that, all printers are just running constantly unfortunately we can’t speed that process up, but we’re getting them done as quickly as we can.
