Skull Glasses are coming today!!!

These have been very popular and we don’t have many left now

✅ Still no notification from DPD for the Gold DTF, Lollipops and Candy Tubes. All of these are in the country so it is any day but which day I just don’t know 🤷🏼‍♀️ I obviously will keep you all informed

✅ Please remember the dates on the website are just an estimate and items could arrive slightly earlier or slightly later but rest assured soon as they arrive those items become our priority to ship to you as fast as we can.

♥️ Also the second batch of velvet products are due hopefully within the next 7 days. These were sent to us a little bit later than we were originally told they would be simply because we had to increase the original amount by a massive amount due to orders being way more than we expected.

Hi All

 We are getting an influx of requests for shipping outside of the UK

We have many customers from outside the UK who we ship to regularly.

They either get their items shipped to NI and then retrieve from there, whether that’s picking it up themselves or have us deliver it to someone in NI that can forward the parcel on.

For our customers who can’t do that they use AddressPal to ship with and we ship this way multiple times a week.

Hi All

First of all, thank you so much for the crazy amount of orders!

So a few things as I’m getting lots of questions

✅ I’ve just added the none watermark photos to the digital downloads. My Facebook has been covered today with these boxes and balloons…..not sure how since I’ve only just added the photos to the download file 🤦🏼‍♀️

✅ If you want the digital download file of the none watermark images of these and all the RST Christmas and Halloween products then you need to purchase the Download drive (link below)

✅ The Elf Box and 18inch helium balloon is purchased separately to each other.

✅ The small balloons are not available to purchase but I will over the next couple of weeks see if my local balloon company has matching colours and I will then offer these.

✅ Names for box and balloon - we do not personalise but over the next couple of weeks I will add the UV option so you can purchase the names and add to your order. You can also do the names with vinyl but we no longer stock vinyl so we couldn’t offer this option.

✅ To purchase the boxes just pop on the website and either search elf box in the search bar or you can find them in the RST Christmas range

✅ I’m going to work out a way to simplify the website, but this is going to take quite a bit of time and I am just trying to finish a few of the items.

✅ I will try and respond to people as quickly as I can, but we’re inundated at the moment with messages, comments, and emails and it is also the weekend so I’m trying to entertain Teddy while working, so please be a little patient.

Hi All

Okay Just wow!

We were not expecting you all to go so crazy!! But what I’ve learned this year we need to expect the unexpected😆

There’s going to be a lot of Elves living it up in luxury this year!

🧝I am waiting for my normal license Elf supply it to get the Elves back in stock and then I can get a price as every year they go up in price (it’s as if a certain company knows these are a must have item every year so they can charge what they want!! 😆). As soon as I have them in stock, I will let you all know.

🩷 I’m glad so many of you all liking the products. I have a few more items to be released over the next week or two but like these balloons, we are having sample after sample after sample made which is now costing us a fortune! one item the sample cost is £200 a go and we have done a few goes 🤦🏼‍♀️ but we want to make sure they are amazing before releasing any mockups photos…………. Watch this space!

✅ I’m getting asked if you can add to previous orders and yes 100% you can, just pop down any extra orders as collecting and we will add them to the order you paid shipping on. If you know your previous order number just pop it in the notes that would definitely help us but it’s not essential as long as the name matches we will link them no problem.
❌ BUT please remember as there seems to be some confusion with this. Your order will not ship until ALL your items are in stock, I’ve had a couple of customers that thought I would just ship the items when they came into stock even though only one lot of shipping has been paid and that’s not the case.
✅ Also if you have an item due in this week, but you decide you need more of that item and now they say the next available batch is due to be delivered in September if you purchase that product and put it down as collecting (so to be added to your previous order) then when we go to do the orders this week, we would totally by pass all your orders until the item comes in September. I’ve had a few people say all, but it’s only X amount extra of this, but that’s not fair on the other people that I’ve already ordered and are waiting.

Sorry it’s so late it’s been crazy busy here.

Finally got somewhere with the balloons. I actually thought this would be an easy product but I couldn’t have been anymore wrong if I tried!

But I’ve finally finished the mockups and they are on the websites with the boxes

I’m going offline now and will add the none-watermark items to the digital downloads tomorrow.

Get your Slush machines ready as the buckets are getting delivered today 😬

I’m so making sure I keep a pack for our machine.

Just need to order the 🌞 for the weekend!

I’ve not been given a time yet so likely not coming until quite late, but we will get as many out as we can once they arrive.

We still have some available on the website so grab them while we still have the packs available.

🩷 Lots of orders containing the Dumpling and Squishy items have also gone out.

Tomorrow I will do a count on the Dumpling and Squishy cups, if numbers are low we will be removing the big pack options from the site so if you want to take advantage of the lower price grab them asap
