Now, personally… I LOVE a good Christmas cake. Rich, fruity, boozy (where appropriate 😉) and covered in marzipan… what’s not to love?!

🎄 So I mentioned the C word… and you lot are already clamouring for some GF Stollen! 😂

Honestly, you had me questioning my own sanity for a minute. I could have sworn I remembered this being on the menu… and sitting there with a delicious slice alongside my morning cuppa. 🤔☕️

So I went digging through the BFTS archives and… FOUND IT! 🙌

Proof that I didn’t hallucinate it — our Gluten Free Stollen really did exist! 🎄✨

Now the big question is… do we bring it back this Christmas? 👀
