Invest in your friends like you invest in your bank account.”Fr— you can’t keep withdrawing without making deposits

Deposits** = is like the time, loyalty, support, kindness, honesty
Withdrawals** = is when you’re asking for favors, venting, needing help, leaning on them in hard times

Because if you only “withdraw” (always needing something, canceling plans, not showing up), the relationship will go bankrupt.
If you consistently “deposit” (check in, celebrate wins, support them), the relationship grows in value over time.

It’s s similar concept from The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey, where he talks about the **“Emotional Bank Account.”** 🙌🏾
