Last week, our vintage charity shop in Heaton ran 'Ruby Tuesday', a special event to celebrate our 40th ruby anniversary ❤️
As well as offering 10% off hand-picked vintage pieces, two of their regular customers performed!
Summer, who the shop calls their very own Sabrina Carpenter and who comes in almost daily, brought her bubbly energy into the store, singing and playing guitar.
Chiu then performed beautiful folk songs on the accordion. The shop team, Angela and Alice discovered Chiu's musical talent after she started playing an accordion that had been donated to the shop.
It was a really special event and shows the community that the Heaton shop has built over the years. There's a real sense of camaraderie in store - the unmistakable care and compassion of St Oswald's Hospice, but in Heaton's own unique way.
Thank you to the shop, Summer, Chiu and all their supporters for celebrating our 40th birthday in true spirit and style!
