Open Flame BBQ

After a morning at Teddy’s cricket yesterday for Elliot, G’ma & G’pa, while I held the fort at work, we all got together in the evening for a BBQ. G’ma was desperate to grill something from her new book Jim Moore so decided to cook the pulled pork with tangy slaw (which I didn’t get a picture of 🤦🏻‍♀️ but it was amazing!) the bacon onion rings and some Mediterranean veggies, which were all cooked on the Kamado Joe Konnected.
The beer was flowing, the bubbles were popping and there was plenty of laughter around the table. These are the days that remind us what BBQ is really about - great food, great company and making memories with the people who matter most.

🔥 What a day! 🔥

Had such a great time FUME FESTIVAL at Twickenham.
Great food, great drinks, live music and loads of BBQ inspiration all in one place.
Got to meet Jim Moore (Jim Moore) author of How To BBQ Everything (mine and my mother-in-laws new favourite book!) and Eating With Tod one of the co-founders of the festival….what lovely guys, both taking the time to chat to us on such a busy day.
Loved it!!

🔥 Just a heads up — our BBQ & pizza oven showroom will be CLOSED tomorrow as we’re heading to the amazing FUME BBQ Festival at Twickenham Stadium! 🍖🍕🔥

We’ll be spending the day soaking up the smoke, fire, food, and festival vibes with some of the best in BBQ.

🛒 Our website will still be open for online orders as normal, so you can still shop anytime.

We’ll be back in the showroom and back to work on Saturday.

We thought it was about time we introduced ourselves! We’re Kim & Elliot, the husband and wife team behind Open Flame BBQ.

After plenty of planning, hard work and excitement, we’ve created a showroom built around products we genuinely love.

Open Flame BBQ was created with one goal in mind - to bring together premium BBQ’s, pizza ovens, accessories, rubs, sauces and all the things that help people make the most of outdoor cooking and entertaining.
