Chicken skewers and steaks cooked on the Kamado Joe with a Greek salad, homemade tzatziki and homemade chimichurri for the steak.

And yes….that enormous steak was Elliot’s 😂🥩

Just what was needed after a busy week at work ♥️

Elliot on the Kamado Joe cooking curried spatchcock chickens, charred broccoli in my gorgeous hornbeamcookware skillet, homemade raita with pomegranate seeds and a sesame cucumber salad.

Most of the kids were here too, although we were missing Ellie, so we weren’t quite all together.

A lovely evening, plenty of good food, a few drinks and no rushing around - just what was called for.
