Hi guys,
Just to let all know that the shop is closed untill the 10th of January 2022. I have had a knee replacement and will not be totally ready to open before that time .
I will however be out and about at times and will be happy to serve you should you be passing and see me in the shop before then. I have no live bait but do have a fair selection of frozen fish, worm, bluey, razor and squid etc.
If I don't see you before the new year, I would just like to wish all customers of Sling Your Hook a very Merry Xmas and a happy Covid free 2022.

Just to let everyone know that Sling Your Hook will be open at 10am. on Monday the 12th of April. Some great new lines have been added to the stock, live rag and extensive frozen baits will be in stock. Hope to see you then.

To all my customers, just to let you know that Sling Your Hook will be open tommorow (Tuesday 5th January) from 10.30am to 4 pm.
This will be the last time before the enforced closure to protect against covid announced today by the government.
This closure is likely to be for some time, so if you require any gear, don't miss out tommorow.

Just to let all our customers and friends know that Sling Your Hook will be open again from Monday the 15th of June, 10am - 4pm.

Keeping within regulations of social distancing we are aiming to open on June 15th.

Dear friends and customers, I have just returned to Newquay having been rescued from the holiday from hell and I am now beginning the second week of an obligatory isolation.
This is just a note to wish you all well and to say that I look forward to opening the doors of "Sling Your Hook" when personal safety is guaranteed and official requirements are loosened when we halt the spread of covid 19.
Thank you very much for your past support, keep safe during this time and I am sure that sooner, rather than later, we will be party to fishy tales at "Sing Your Hook" once again.😉
