Alpaca bed socks can help you sleep by regulating your body temperature. Warm feet makes the blood vessels dilate, dropping the core body temperature which tells the brain it is time to sleep.

✔️Trapping body heat
Alpaca wool’s hollow fibers trap body heat, keeping you warm without being heavy.

✔️Moisture-wicking
Alpaca wool is breathable and moisture-wicking, which helps prevent overheating and regulate temperature.

✔️Vasodilation
Warming your feet and hands dilates blood vessels, which releases heat through your skin and lowers your core body temperature. This signals to your brain that it’s time for bed.

✔️Soft and stretchy
Sleep socks should be soft and stretchy, and not constrict blood flow.
