Let's look at four hooks that you should take a look at.

LS which stands for loose and then the code.

N which stands for Nickel

LS1010N - This is the original roach hook and is used by a lot of anglers on the Fens who catch lots of roach and want a fine hook that is strong. The microbarb hook enables quick unhooking when catching lots of roach.

LS1050N - This is a popular pattern for Ireland but also a great pattern when catching big weights of smaller fish due to the longer shank making unhooking easier.

LS1310N - A perfect skimmer hook for fishing small bits of worms , maggots or double pinkies. The round bend allows the bait to sit perfectly and this hook is a great allrounder when targeting roach and skimmers will the chance of a bonus bream.

LS2210 - A cult feeder hook for bream and skimmers. It's been used on diverse fisheries such as the Broads Rivers , Ferry Meadows and abroad on the River Ijssel to catch big fish.Don't let it fool you it's up to the job . The Red is most popular but we know of people using the Blue for Barbel.
