A quiet moment watching the Koi sunbathing 😍🐟
And spotting some of the baby fish from lasts years breeding 🥰
There are so many little ones who have survived and it’s so lovely to see them 😍

Please see the pictures taken from the BoardMasters 2026 website and check your route from today (Wednesday 5th until Sunday 9th)
Hope to see everyone and please drive safely 😉

Happy 1st August!
Can’t believe July is complete and August is here already.
I think the heatwaves in July have been almost unbelievable 🥵 but the garden has survived 🙌
I’ve been very behind on getting photos up last month (apologies) as I’ve been so busy with other tasks - but I have missed spending time in the garden and this morning I stole a moment to wander the pathways 🥰
I will prioritise getting a new Blog post up next week and I hope you all enjoy the few phone pics I captured this morning 🥰🌳🌞

What a scorching week we've had here in beautiful Cornwall!

Its been absolutely baking with temperatures soaring and the garden has been lapping up the sunshine.

Fortunately the garden is very shaded and because its location is at the bottom of the valley we are very close to the water table and so our mature trees and plants have thrived.

Even the Japanese maples - which are not usually big fans of full sun - have coped very well with such high temperatures.

Not only has it been insanely hot but we also had a massive collection of deliveries arrive this week. I can tell you now hu***ng and dumping boxes of wind chimes and statues is NOT what you want to be doing in this heatwave! LOL

Check out photos on the Blog post -

Our donation to the Cornwall Air Ambulance was grateful received ❤️
Thanks to everyone who donated a coin or 2 to the garden when they visited - we collect up all the coins left on Buddhas, pagodas and statues in the garden and we donate to this amazing charity - thanks to all of you we reached a whopping £1067.06!

May has been a mixture of weathers but as we arrive at the May bank holiday this week its full sun ahead!

Today felt like summer with hot temperatures soaring and the shade offering a welcome coolness. At last it feels like the warm weather is here.

We are open 7 days a week; 10am until 6pm daily - last garden entry at 5pm - including Bank holiday Monday and every other day this half term.

Check out the new solid granite pagodas and rainbow sandstone spheres that have arrived on site!
These stunning hand carved pieces arrived last week and we only have one of each.
It’s unlikely we’ll be able to get them again this season so if you fall in love with one - pop in soon 😉
