💰💸 Just a quick post to clear up a few things regarding our ATM, as it seems to be causing a bit of confusion 💰💸
When we first looked into installing an ATM, the companies we spoke to offered to supply and refill the machine themselves. However, this would have meant a charge of around £2.50 per transaction for customers 😲💷❌
After exploring lots of different options, we found a company willing to install a FREE-TO-USE ATM 🎉🙌💷, provided that we refill it ourselves.
The challenge is that we can only load the ATM with cash that comes into the shop 💵🏪. As a small local business ❤️, we don’t have unlimited access to cash, and demand for the machine has turned out to be much higher than we ever anticipated 📈😅.
While the ATM isn’t strictly for customers only, we have noticed a significant increase in people popping in solely to use the ATM and then heading straight back out again, particularly when other nearby machines run out of cash 🏧💸.
We’re proud to provide this service for Bessbrook ❤️🏘️ Unfortunately, there will be times when the machine is out of cash or temporarily unavailable ⚠️🏧.
We completely understand that this can be frustrating 😔, but please remember that we’re a small local business doing our very best 💪❤️. We don’t make any money from the ATM 💷❌ and have never installed it for profit.
If demand continues to exceed what we’re able to supply 📈💸, we may have to reconsider the ATM altogether and return to offering cashback only 💳➡️💵, ensuring our regular customers can still access cash when they need it.
