'This triple mashed Imperial Stout spent three months in steel before being infused with thoughtful amounts of Madagascan vanilla beans & tonka beans, which add layers of decadent milk chocolate & vanilla to this luscious imperial stout. This beer was then aged in select Bourbon Barrels. The Beer, Bean & Barrel treatments marry together to form the thickest, richest, most decadent Imperial stout we have made to date.'

has moved the brewery to a site very close to us and the first release from the new site is an absolute whopper! 😮

They let a blend of Lactobacillus cultures and Brettanomyces yeast do their thing for 12 months in oak barrels. The results are beautiful! Loaded with flavours of passionfruit and bright citrus notes, this beer is all about the funk, and there’s plenty of it! Dry and acidic with a touch of tart apple. Enjoy now or this beer can be aged to let the flavours further develop over time.
