SAORADH NATIONAL HUNGER STRIKE COMMEMORATION 2026
Saoradh wishes to announce details of our National Hunger Strike Commemoration 2026, which will take place in the South Armagh village of Camlough.
On Saturday, October 3rd at 1pm, Republicans will gather to honour and remember the Hunger Strikers and to pay tribute on the 45th anniversary of those who made the ultimate sacrifice in the ongoing struggle for Irish freedom.
The Hunger Strikers demonstrated an extraordinary courage and determination in the face of British state repression. Their sacrifice remains an enduring part of Ireland's revolutionary history and a reminder that the demand for freedom, justice and national self-determination has never been extinguished.
Saoradh's commitment to honouring those who gave their lives for Ireland remains steadfast.
We call upon the Republican family, friends, comrades and supporters of Irish freedom to join us in Camlough as we remember the Hunger Strikers and reaffirm our commitment to preserving their memory.
