🏆☀️📚 Summer Reading Challenge Winners 📚☀️🏆

This summer marked the 6th year of the OLS Summer Reading Challenge, in which we encouraged our girls to read as much as they could and chronicle all of the books they've read. ☀️📚

We had many entries, all with a fantastically diverse range of books that were enjoyed by our girls. 😁

We are delighted to announce the winners of the 2026 Summer Reading Challenge are:

Eibhleann McDowell J1C 🏆
Valerija Egle J1D 🏆
Sarah McKearney J2D 🏆
Tess Beatty J2D 🏆
Cayla Mead S1A 🏆
Aoife Carroll L64 🏆

Between them, our winning students read an IMPRESSIVE 116 books and just shy of 43 thousand pages!

Our winners were awarded a voucher from The Bookshelf for their amazing efforts.😁

Congratulations to them, and thank you to all of the girls that participated.

We also have plenty of activities planned for Book Week NI in a few weeks, so keep your eyes peeled! 👀🔵⚪️📚
