*** A little note regarding estimates ***
Please be patient with us when waiting for your flooring estimate. Nic works in the shop on her own, and when she is helping customers in the shop, this unfortunately takes her away from preparing estimates.
She always tries her very best to get estimates completed within 3 days ( not including a Wednesday as the shop is closed), but sometimes, depending on how busy the shop is, it can take a little longer. We really appreciate your patience and understanding. ❤️
📧 The best way to receive your estimate is by email. This means we can send it directly to you and you won’t have to worry about missing a phone call. Not everyone has an answering machine, and you may not always be at home to answer the phone.
If you are waiting for an estimate and haven’t provided an email address, please give the shop a call. You may have missed a call from us, and we don’t want you waiting any longer than necessary.
