Happy 7th Birthday to my lovely brave Jessie

Despite all the odds she’s faced she continues to fight to be in this world
She has weekly laser therapy to help her inflamed throat, can’t groom and has no teeth but she’s due to start new medication this month which isn’t cheap but she is a very happy cat loving life in the garden and watching the world go by.
Hopefully cats won’t have to have their teeth out anymore if research shows it’s not necessary. Cattery visitors see Jessie in the garden as she prefers her food alone on the cattery step!

All our breeding cats are genetically tested for diseases the breeds are pre-disposed to. In addition, our Maine C**n studs and queens are heart scanned annually to check for HCM.

We are the only council licensed cat breeder in Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough, which means we meet the rigorous standards set out in the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) (England) Regulations 2018. We have been awarded a 4 star rating, which is the highest rating that a new licensee is able to attain.

Our kittens go to their new homes vet health checked (on at least 3 occasions), with their full course of vaccinations complete, microchipped, TICA or GCCF pedigree registered with an accompanying 4 generation pedigree certificate, 5 weeks Agria insurance, and a kitten pack. Our Maine C***s will also be spayed or neutered. We are also on hand for the life of the kitten to help with any advice or assistance you may need.

We continually update our knowledge of ‘all things cat’ and are Ofqual qualified in Feline Care, and have completed Level 2 of the PawPeds Breeder course.
