So ... clay we love it mostly lol! But sometimes its so challenging 😝 .. anyway got this challenging commission made, got it dried very slowly and no cracks yippee .. got it bisque fired and nightmare crack in a place I least expected .. but hey ho !! Plan of action paperclay got it made and praying to the kiln gods it works .. stained base slightly to make the Pistachio shell of this nut look organic then sanded it.. idea is it looks natural and organic with no cracks! Goes into Betsy my small kiln tomorrow 🙏🙏🙏 nerves will be wrecked!
Then it goes off to get felted flowers to be placed inside it .. exciting to collaborate with other creatives !! ❤️❤️❤️
Its pretty large piece for me to make haven't made big sculpture pieces for a long time!
