Yesterday was a mixed day! I had a lovely, early morning trip to my local beach. Spoke to a fellow beach-comber and then some lovely dog walkers that gave me some sea glass they had picked up because they said they had spotted collecting! Even saw a heron that helpfully posed for me!

But with so many chronic health conditions I always have to be careful and take extra precautions, and I always pay the price for doing anything! Within a couple of hours I ha to go to bed - I had a terrible migraine and flare ups from my other conditions. The little haul was absolutely worth it. Today I am unlikely to function much and need a pj day.

Cricut for the win! New cards made this morning for necklaces, and my first ever attempt at wire wrapping a pendant necklace. Not the best outcome but I will practice! A lot!! 😅
