Some days you’ve got it… and some days you’ve just got to roll with it. 🤣

This morning’s gym session?
Let’s just say my energy forgot to clock in. 😅

But I wasn’t about to let an off day win.

If I couldn’t lift weights, I could shift topsoil.
Beds topped up, frustration firmly buried, and somehow I ended the day feeling stronger than when it started. 👊

Off days happen. Giving up doesn’t!

A little tour of what’s flowering right now here in the field ⬇️
This week the field is giving us:
Sweet William, Canterbury bells, Ammi Majus, Nigella, poppy seed heads, Snapdragons, Feverfew and Alliums.

Some will be heading into bunches for the shop, some into bouquets, and some into mixed flower
buckets.

It’s always fascinating how quickly the field changes. A few weeks ago these flowers were just buds, and now they’re ready to be enjoyed.

The field is bursting with colour right now, and it’s lovely to be able to share a little of that beauty beyond the fielg gate.
