The Plant Barn is super proud to be part of the Heart of the Shires Shopping Village - have you found us yet?

Heart of the Shires offers free, easy access parking and we can be found in the brand new extension to the south of the site - in the dutch barn, mirroring the style of original dutch barn, you know and love. Split over two levels and with an outside covered plant area, The Plant Barn has everything you need for your garden and more!

We’ll be welcoming the brilliant Flowers by Natasha at The Plant Barn at Heart of the Shires Shopping Village for a Christmas Wreath Workshop.

When: Saturday 28th November 10:30-12:30 or 2:00-4:00 , Saturday 5th December 10:30-12:30 or 2:00-4:00 Sunday 6th December 10:30-12:30 or 2:00-4:00

Where: The Plant Barn, Heart of the Shires Shopping Village, Watling Street, Northampton NN7 4LB

Cost: is £45 per person, Payment in full is required when booking. There are very limited spaces, for this very popular event, so it’s on a first come first serve basis.

Whats included: The foam base, greenery, decorations from baubles to berries to bows and professional, fun guidance with Natasha.

Scarecrows will be taking over at Heart of the Shires this September 25th, 26th and 27th.

This year the scarecrows will be on display from the Friday to view and at the weekend there will be a Harvest food-festival too with local foodies offering fabulous eats and treat.

Saturday and Sunday we'll have brass bands playing!

We welcome Doghampton to our Bandstand.
Bark & Beyond and Animals in Need will be at the event too.

It’s going to be hay-mazing!
The event is completely free to attend and free to park. Caw!

Need a hat full of straw, a bucket of fun and the chance to win an amazing Autumn hamper?
With incredible ideas and scarecrows stuffed to the brim, our retailers are battling out to be voted the best scarecrow maker… but only you can decide. Simply pick up a voting form (from The Plant Barn) and choose your favourite.
All entries will go into a prize draw and the first one pulled out of the straw hat will win the hamper - GOOD LUCK!
