This new +2mm axle for the Mi10 changes the position of the rear driveshaft joint, moving it further inboard and altering the rear drivetrain geometry.
The key performance benefit is improved forward traction on corner exit. The car is able to put the power down more effectively when the throttle is applied, allowing drivers to accelerate harder and earlier without sacrificing rear-end stability.
