Don't choose your marquee size based on guest numbers alone.

100 guests doesn't simply mean “a marquee for 100 people”.

When we're helping couples plan their marquee, we also need to think about:

🍽️ Round or long dining tables?
💃 How big does the dance floor need to be?
🎵 Live band or DJ?
🥂 Do you want a separate bar area?
🍰 Cake table?
📸 Photo booth?
🛋️ Chill-out furniture?
🍳 Does the caterer need space inside the marquee?
🌧️ And importantly… what happens if the British weather doesn't cooperate?

A slightly larger marquee with a well-planned layout can feel completely different to one where everything has been squeezed in.

Our tip: Before deciding on the size, make a list of everything you want inside your marquee — not just how many people you want inside it.

We can then help design a layout that actually works for your day.

After all, nobody wants the first dance taking place between the bar queue and Table 7. 😄

🌞 our 38,000 square feet of roof has as many solar panels as possible now help power our Northampton headquarters with clean, renewable energy.

🔋 We've recently invested in the maximum battery storage available for our solar system, allowing us to store excess energy and make even greater use of the power we generate. Installed soon

🚐 Our first fully electric van will be joining the Chelsea Hire fleet soon, marking another step towards cleaner transport.
