I made something new for Christmas 🎄

I’ve been wanting to add a Christmas Box to Lux for a while (mainly because I'm asked every year 🙈), but obviously I couldn’t just leave it as a plain wooden box !

So I’ve made these little personalised discs to go on the front, with two designs to choose from — Red Bow or Christmas Truck.

And because I know plenty of people already have a Christmas box tucked away somewhere, I’ve listed the discs separately too, so you don’t have to buy a whole new box.

You can have Christmas Box, Christmas Eve Box, or change the wording to suit whatever you do in your house.

They’re on the website now 🤍

Just making sure Santa knows exactly where to stop this Christmas 🎅🏻✨

Our personalised Santa Stop Here signs are made with your little one’s name — and you can add multiple names hanging from the main sign, perfect for brothers and sisters ❤️

A little bit of extra Christmas magic ready for Christmas Eve… because we can’t have Santa getting the wrong house, can we? 👀

Some days I get loads done.

Some days I’m making orders with a child attached to me and stopping every 3 minutes to find a snack, change a nappy or solve a crisis!

Today is very much one of those days.

Running a small business around 3 children isn’t always productive, pretty or particularly organised… but we squeeze it in where we can.

Small business. Three kids. Absolute chaos. We move.

A very important job for a very excited big sister 🥹

Our baby arrival countdown plaques are now available in both Big Sister and Big Brother designs — ready for them to count down those last few sleeps until their new little bestie arrives.

Such a lovely little way to make them feel part of all the excitement too 🤍

Every single one of these pearls is placed by hand, one by one.

Are they always going to be perfectly straight and exactly evenly spaced? Probably not.

Because handmade isn’t supposed to look like it rolled off a production line. It’s made by actual hands, with a ridiculous amount of care 🤍

And this is what I mean when I say handmade.

From salon signs to cake shed signs… there really is a sign for everything!!!

I love that no two orders are ever quite the same.

From a large deep green and gold salon sign to a smaller lilac and purple cake shed sign for 💜

Is your request going to be the next sign on my grid?

This one has a little extra special place in my heart 🥹

Made for someone I’ve known for over half my life, for her gorgeous salon makeover 🤍

And can we just take a moment for this colour combination?! Easily one of my favourites I’ve ever made. The deep green and gold tones together are just 👌🏼

I make a lot of different signs, but this one has got to be in the top 3!

There’s something really lovely about being trusted to create something that’s going to become part of someone else’s business.

Thank you for trusting me to create this for you and your salon

Please tell me it’s not just me 😂

Making orders, thinking about orders.
Cooking dinner, thinking about the business.
Trying to sleep… suddenly remembering something I need to do tomorrow.

Small business owners, what percentage are you on? 😂

Wedding signage doesn't have to just tell your guests where they're sitting 🤍

This black & gold seating plan was made to fit beautifully into this Steam Punk themed day itself.

Would you choose black & gold for your wedding?

There’s something so lovely about seeing a name pop up and thinking… I know that name 🥹

Repeat customers really are the best. The fact that you’ve ordered from me before and then choose to come back again genuinely means so much.

I’ll never take that for granted 🤍
