🦍 THE GORILLA — BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY

Following our post last week, we’re now inviting serious enquiries from anyone interested in taking over The Gorilla.

This is an opportunity to acquire the assets and goodwill of an established, fully fitted and ready-to-trade bar in the heart of Northampton, with an existing customer base and everything in place for a new owner to take it forward.

The sale includes The Gorilla trading name and goodwill, existing stock, furniture, fixtures, fittings and bar equipment.

We think this could be particularly interesting for someone local who has always wanted to run their own venue, as well as an existing hospitality operator looking for another site.

The incoming operator would take on the venue through their own business and agree terms for the premises directly with the landlord.

We’re looking for the right person to take Gorilla into its next chapter.

Rather than quietly advertising the opportunity elsewhere, we thought we’d put it to the people who already know and enjoy Gorilla first.

Maybe there’s someone reading this who has sat at the bar and thought “I’d love to run this place.”

Gorilla is an established, fully fitted pub with its own identity and customer base, ready for someone new to come in with their own ideas and energy.

You don’t necessarily need to already own or operate pubs. We’d particularly love to hear from someone who knows Gorilla, understands what makes the place special and has the enthusiasm to take it forward.
