⚠️ Dropped your phone in water? DON'T do this.

After fixing hundreds of water-damaged phones in Norwich, here's what we see go wrong — every single time:

❌ Don't put it in rice (it doesn't work, and it makes things worse)
❌ Don't charge it (this is the #1 cause of permanent damage)
