We are unable to open this morning as we are dealing with a power cut that is affecting us and our neighbours. UK Power Networks are on site and have advised that the earliest power will be restored is likely to be after 3pm.

Until power is restored we have no telephone service and limited access to emails.

We wish you all a very merry Christmas and a happy new year!

Back on the 4th January :)

18/07/2021

As we approach the 19th of July many of our existing control measures will no longer be legal requirements.

That said, our main priority continues to be everybody’s safety which is why we have decided to keep all our key protection measures in place.

This means that until further notice we will be: -

• Keeping in place our temporary door counter.

• Continuing to sanitise every handset taken in for service / support / repair.

• Continuing to sanitise every handset returned to you after service / support / repair.

• Frequently cleaning of used touchpoints i.e., the door counter and card machine.

• Practicing good hand hygiene, in particular, hand washing and using hand sanitiser.

• We will continue to wear a face mask while serving you.

• Continue regular Covid testing for staff.

Face coverings are now discretionary but we ask that if you can wear one, please continue to wear one and help protect us and our family.

As always thank you for your continued support and we look forward to welcoming you soon.

As a result of Norfolk entering Tier 4 and our business being classed as non essential, once again we find ourselves having to close the door.

As devastated as we are we fully understand the need for these measures and would like to reassure you that we will reopen again as soon as possible.

would like to thank you all for your continued support this year and wish you all a very Merry Christmas!

It’s been a hard year for everyone and our thoughts go out to the families missing a loved one this Christmas and to those special people who can't be with us.

Best Wishes

And so it begins, Lockdown 2 is live.

As a non essential retailer once again we have to close the door and put our business on hold.

Not much to say other than do the right thing, stay safe and hopefully sooner rather than later we can welcome you all back in December.

A post I didn't think I would ever have to write but by lunchtime today we have been verbally abused three times because we asked customers to put a face covering on.

99% of our customers are amazing and have respectfully worn a mask or face covering whilst in the store. Unfortunately there is always a small percentage who won't play fair and react aggressively wih threats and abuse when asked to comply. This is something we have experienced daily since the law changed and is only becoming more frequent.

It is entirely your own choice whether you wish to wear a mask/face covering but to protect ourselves and other customers no entry will be permitted without one. If you have a medical reason for not wearing one then please send a friend or family member in on your behalf who can wear a covering.

It goes without saying that aggressive or abusive behaviour will result in no service and you will be asked to leave.

A union is calling on the government to provide more protection for shop workers with new legislation and tougher sentencing.
