Happy to of helped out a long standing client tonight. Due to other commitments unfortunately I couldn’t help her with an order for tomorrow, she used a different balloon supplier & has been over priced by £19 along with the balloons not sitting nicely together 😓

Sadly this is not the first time I’ve come to her rescue. A well known chain have also supplied balloons for her & each time there have been inflation issues & how the bouquet sits together 😓

I’m methodical in my work, I stand by the training I did alongside Dad. There is an art to ‘throwing a few balloons together’ & I take pride in every single order that is placed with le Carousel Balloon Decor.

If in doubt I’m always happy to advise & help whenever possible 🎈

After putting the feelers out about starting the business in a unit locally the next step is to see how things have changed since I first did a business plan back in 2012.

My business plan included Market Research with my family, friends & colleagues, this worked well. Having since also established a client base I’d like to do another Market Research for the next Business idea.

When I posted this yesterday I was taken aback by how much I’d been missed & how much support there is out there. I love doing balloons that’s why I trained when the opportunity arose. Thank you all for viewing the post, commenting, liking & commenting on photos & inbox messages. Sometimes opportunities come your way & not exploring that option would be madness.... the exploring has begun 😉

Life has been a bumpy ride since losing my Dad, my business partner last year.

Starting the business back in 2012 we met some amazing clients, dressed countless Weddings, Parties & Balls, Fetes, Events including the Lord Mayors Show & events in Essex. We have countless 5 star reviews & our eye for detail is what stood out from the crowd.
