Gina Creates Homemade costume jewellery and gifts. I originally started making jewellery & bookmarks for my family and friends as presents.

I have since been asked to make items on a regular basis and so have decided to branch out. All products are homemade, and can be made to order. A postal option is available, please message me for more information. Returns/Exchanges

1) Items can be exchanged/refunded within 14 days of receiving. Items will not be refunded/exchanged if damage was down to negligent wear. If you are returning goods,

it is your responsibility to ensure they reach me in a good re-saleable condition. It is recommend you get proof of postage from the post office - it is free and insures contents up to £46.00. I cannot take responsibility for parcels that are lost in transit, sorry but no refund will be given for any goods that are not received.
2) Personalised cannot be refunded/returned unless faulty.
3) Postage and packaging of any returned items must be covered by the buyer, and will only be refunded if damage has occurred. Looking after your items

It is not advised that you:
1) Leave your item/s in bathrooms or other damp/humid places
2) Submerge your item/s in any liquids
3) Use your item/s around any glue, Sellotape or paint (including nail polish, house paint, paint remover)
4) Use your item/s around any cleaning products
5) Use your item/s whilst swimming, bathing, or whilst using saunas, steam rooms or hot tubs

Wear and tear is to be expected if the item/s are used on a regular basis. On the rare occasion that an item may be faulty, please contact me and I will resolve the problem for you.

I really don't post as often as I should, partly because I've had a slight block (various reasons but I'm getting there), and partly because I've been trying to make better set up for my craft space. I have been making up some wrist straps though, and I'm working through my pile of cut fabric.
