Hey there! I know it’s been quite some time since we’ve been on Insta but lots has been going on! As lots of you know, our current stall closed in February. After plenty of consideration & looking at new locations, we decided that we didn’t want to leave the market - it is such an amazing place to work, we love the people, the food, the beating heart of the market and there’s so much exciting stuff coming for our lovely market. Our new location is fabulous & we love being right in the heart of the city.

We wanted to officially announce that work is well underway for our re-opening! We will be moving to Stalls 28/29 on the front row of (on Gentleman’s Walk) with all the same magic you’ve come to expect when you shop with us.

As lots of you know, we welcomed baby Joel into the world in early March. My recovery took a little longer than expected so we are a little behind schedule. We anticipate we will be re-opening in early July. I’m already planning an exciting opening weekend so watch this space folks!

I wanted to share this beautiful piece of work with you. Our lovely customer came to visit us He brought us his parents wedding rings (as always, I forgot to take a “before” photo”🤦🏽‍♀️). He wanted to create something he could wear everyday from these two rings. His inspiration was the classic gold twist ring. He wanted to create something masculine and heavy but with softer edges than the traditional design. We worked to create his vision.

We melted the two rings and this is what we created on the bench, a keepsake which will continue his family legacy. I am always honoured that you choose me for this work 💫

Hi Folks! I’ve been very quiet on the socials for quite some time and that’s because there’s a new baby on the block!

On 3rd March we welcomed our third beautiful baby boy into the world. Baby Joel has arrived, he’s everything and more to us. I’ve been taking time out to rest, recover and be a family.

We are currently closed as we are re-locating our stall and anticipate that we will be open again in approx 2 months. I am still working on all your bespoke commissions and will be back on Insta from next week. Total social media shutdown was needed for a while!

On this Mother’s Day, I am sending all my Mama’s out there lots of love and hope you all have a wonderful day, however you choose to celebrate. For those of you that find this day a difficult one, I am sending much love and hope you have the comfort that you deserve.

Hi Folks, I’ve been getting messages from so many of you that I thought it would be worth giving our latest news a little grid space!

A few weeks ago, an article was published in local Norwich press stating that we are selling our stall. This is true but it DOES NOT mean we are closing our business. On the contrary, we are thriving and expanding. We are currently exploring new locations in Norwich and hope to announce very soon where we will be moving to!

We anticipate that we will be closed from this February - April to carry out renovations on our new location but will regularly update you on our progress. Our website will operate as normal and over the coming weeks, LOTS more of our beautiful pieces will be available online. It’s not the same as seeing you all in person but I will still be available on the phone to help.

All our repairs and Bespoke Commissions will still be carried out in our quoted time frames.

Our Market Stalls are still available for Sale so if you or someone you know is interested in purchasing our stall, please do get in touch. The stall is listed for sale at £20,000 (please note this does not include stock).

This Market stall has been renovated to a very high standard. Purpose built with glass and wood cabinets, wood panelling, chandeliers, in-built lighting, CCTV, accessible power supply, office and extensive storage area. The stall has been built with an extendable platform, built from wood and glass. Designed to maximise the outdoor space that this stall is entitled to use. The platform moves out on tracks at the push of a button, meaning that the external space at the Market can be maximised whilst ensuring a weather proof display.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Norwich Market with a ready built stall, ideal if you just want to move in and be up and running quickly. Please DM me for further info.

As we come to the close of another special year, I would like to take a moment to say a heartfelt thank you. The incredible community we have built in Norfolk and beyond truly means everything to us, and we’re so grateful for your continued support throughout the year. Some of you travel great distances to come and see us, some of you regularly shop with us online, many of you have recommended us, many of you pop by for a chat. All of this means the world to our family run business.

Thank you for choosing Raw Gemstone Jewellery. As the season unfolds, I wish you joyful days, peaceful hearts, and a Christmas filled with warmth, kindness, and love. I know Christmas is not easy for everyone but I hope that you will all have all that you need this Christmas, whatever that may be.

This season we have (from left to right) Moonstone, Aquamarine & Apatite, Herkimer Diamond, Labradorite. We also have a stunning Rose Quartz & Pink Tourmaline (not photographed here) but perfect for the pink princess!

This week I’ll be sharing a little of the work I’ve been doing this past couple of months!

This ring is 18ct Gold, pre-loved and featured really beautiful, clear diamonds framing the centre stone. The centre stone was a synthetic emerald so we carefully removed this stone and replaced it with an incredible 2.46 carat Montana Teal Sapphire. We cleaned and polished the ring & it now has a new lease of life.

This ring was rarely worn by the previous owner so it’s pretty much a new ring without the heft high street price tag. Absolutely hands down, this is my favourite work, restoring pieces and giving them their wow factor back!

I spent a fabulous day in London with choosing this Sapphire but I took so loooong that our gem supplier gave me a bundle of sapphires to take home & pour over at my leisure. This is a perfect engagement / forever ring and the Sapphire is certificated.

Time to share a little of the work I’ve been doing this past couple of months! This ring is 18ct Gold, pre-loved and featured really beautiful, clear diamonds. You like black, I like black, we all love black, let’s face it, it’s a fashion friend. It will never go out of fashion & you all amazed me by showing me that Black Tourmaline & Druzy are your ultimate combination. You wanted our Go Big or Go Home Bobby Dazzler Range back so It’s landing next week in Silver ladies and the Gold Vermeil won’t be too far behind! (I’ll think of a better name to launch with 😂

(And yes, you did spot some green tourmaline in those photos - that’s arriving too!)
