Now all my couples and venues know, I have a little update for you all.

I have decided to sell Prestige Events And Weddings.

For the past 18-24 months, the thought of selling Prestige has been playing heavy on my mind.
I built Prestige way back in 2015 from scratch, it has always been my baby and my passion.
I put absolutely everything I had into the business and have been part of so many magical memories over the years.
However, in January 2021 we welcomed our daughter into the world in the middle of lock down and things changed, something in me shifted.
I went from a business owner, who was fully focused on work and always working on becoming bigger and better to becoming a new mum in lock down.

Over the past couple of years, I have juggled running Prestige alongside looking after and raising our daughter. However, with no childcare and my husband running his own business this hasn't been easy.
Running a business in an industry that never sleeps meant we were missing out on so much family time and looking at the bigger picture, our daughter is only going to be little once. We can always make more money but ultimately, we can never get more time.
I got to a point where I felt I couldn't be a 100% good and present mother and give the business my 100%. So, something had to give, and unfortunately, this is Prestige.

This has been a lengthy process and something that I have been thinking about for a very long time and in my mind, there was only ever one company I wanted to sell Prestige to.
If I was going to sell up, I wanted all my couples that had booked me to be in safe hands and I wanted to ensure my clients still got that Prestige service but with an Epic twist, along with the beautiful products Prestige has always offered.
I wanted Prestige to go to a company that has the same drive, passion, and love for weddings and events that I once had.

So, as of 1st September 2023 Epic Event Hire Will officially take over from Prestige Events And Weddings.

I have absolutely loved working in the wedding industry, being a part of so many happily ever after's and creating beautiful set ups.
I want to thank all of our couples for booking with Prestige Events And Weddings over the years and putting your trust in me to decorate and style your Wedding / Event.
And a huge thank you to all the venues, wedding planners and suppliers who have always supported us over the years.

Epic will most definitely deliver, and I cannot wait to see how far they go with the business while I slow down and enjoy some much-needed family time.

It's our 8 year Wedding Anniversary today 💍

A few facts about our wedding:

• We got married in Antigua with our closest friends & family

• We got married at 1pm, the hottest point of the day and I left Danny waiting in a blazer on the beach 🤣

• I wanted white flowers but couldn't because 'apparently' they don't have white flowers on the island as they get sunburnt

• Danny broke his big toe on our Wedding day playing volley ball in the pool

• I wanted a wall of flowers after seeing Kim Kardashian get married in front of one in 2014 but no one knew what they were AND no one around here had them either. I ended up with a pink floral arch on the beach BUT as soon as we got home from our Honeymoon this is when Prestige was born with our First big product - The Classic Flower Wall 🌸

Our walls consist of thousands of silk flowers which are hand crafted and applied individually to create a realistic and natural looking floral backdrop. Our walls are 8ft by 8ft, completely free standing and weighted down for safety. Floral walls were made famous by the trend setting Kim Kardashian and Kayne. BLOSSOM TREES : Make a luxury statement with our stunning 4.5ft ivory Blossom Trees. Draped with hanging glass baubles filled with tea light candles to add sparkle and glamour. The base is decorated with Ivory hydrangeas and scattered ivory rose petals teamed with cylinder glass vases filled with water, sunken pearls and floating candles for added prettiness. perfect for statement centre pieces or elegant aisle décor.

CANOPY BLOSSOM TREES: An enormous 10.5 ft tall, what better way to create a dramatic and breath taking backdrop than beautiful canopy blossom trees. Use to frame the Aisle, frame your top table, frame an entrance or to say your I do's under them. Use one to highlight a desired area or two to create a blossom arch. Available in White or Pink.

ICE CREAM TRICYCLE: Our vintage style 1940 ice cream tricycle is the perfect addition to WOW your guests at your wedding, party or event. We only use the finest quality Ronaldo Ice Cream which is freshly made using natural ingredients and Norfolk produce. We have over 50 flavours of ice cream and sorbet for you to choose from. Our ice cream tricycle offers a fantastic photo opportunity for your guests. Eye-catching and unique, your guests will LOVE this offering at your event.

LIGHT UP LETTERS: We believe bigger is better, that's why we were the first in the UK to offer light up letters this tall. Our stunning light up letters stand at an astonishing 6ft tall, completely transforming your venue. Each letter is just over 3ft wide and fitted with safety stands which do not compromise the look however do give you added peace of mind. Our letters are made out of heavy duty wood, painted white and we use fair ground bulbs for added sparkle. The bulbs we use are tried and tested safety bulbs which mean no matter how long they are left on they will never get hot. Our letters are available in : LOVE, MR&MRS, MRS&MRS, MR&MR.
