And I finished King! So happy that the Clawthorne family is back together, with Eda, Owlbert and King. I’m sure we’re going to do a re-re-rewatch of ‘The Owl House’ over the holidays and I’m sure I’ll get inspiration to make some other characters.

And that’s a wrap! Phew, schools out so I’m looking forward to six weeks with my mini-human and as usual I’ve created a ‘boredom-busting-box’. Thanks as always to our local charity shops for helping me stock up on fun gifts, crafts and books (plunging in to ‘How To Train Your Dragon!’ 🐉), and we got a copy of which is looking so interesting - we’ll all enjoy learning to build new brain bridges. And it wouldn’t be the holidays without a sweet treat and I was soooo excited that does the most delicious jellies! I had bought two bags, but one mysteriously disappeared before I took the photo…. 🤔
As always, I’ve also made a gift! We’ve become obsessed with ‘The Owl House’ so I’ve made Eda and Owlbert from the show. If you’ve not seen the show, make it a priority. Not much makes me put down my crochet (except jelly sweets!) but I was hooked (no pun intended!). The characters, storyline, humour and drama is phenomenal. I’ll be making more characters as we do a re-re-rewatch over the summer.
Here’s to a summer of magic and memories (and sweets and crochet!)
