Massive thank you to my beautiful children 📢

I am so very proud of you both ❤️

When times are Tough we come together and the last 3 weeks you both have been there every step of the way for me. Even in the tough times of distance, full time jobs and looking after my beautiful grandchildren, if one of you is not here, the other one is, and YOU made that happen ❤️

It's beautiful to watch their bond, brother and sister, sticking together through every battle and sharing the pressure, and this for me is the Greatest thing to know. They will now teach my grandchildren ❤️

I have grown my children to know what's right from wrong everyday, grown them to have morals everyday with respect and good manners everyday. I've grown them in a way they can look after themselves, they will always survive. I've grown them to look after those that need help in front of you and those, that are there for you. Ive grown them to survive without anyone but us to rely on and trust no one! I've grown them to believe in the universe WE BELEIVE IN THINGS ARE MENT TO BE 🩵🧡

The last Hurdle 📢

It's now Friday morning before bank holiday and had I another bad night.

I start the course of tablets and of course I need to let them get in my system. I only have 3 lots of my Zapain left which means they will last only 12 hours 👀

I call the doctors again 😡 Another receptionist 😡 I gave her my details and said that matter is private and can you ask a doctor to call me. "well not until you tell me what's it about" 😡 I ended up saying look at my records then put the phone down 😡

Praying a doctor calls, daughter come up with a plan. If they ring get the percription sent to her chemist so she can get it. ❤️

The doctor did call, the doctor was great, the doctor sent 2 boxes over to the chemist thank god and my daughter got them🙏

Nomore docs, receptionist or ambulance I'm on the road to recovery 🙏

The shingles has never been treated 😡 MY medication is Zapain, pregabalin and cyclizine for sickness that's it. Is this another battle i must start FFS 😡

Today bank holiday Monday I feel like I'm on the mend. The meals I long to eat is a no go at the minute. I am starving but my stomach cannot take more than a mouth full but, I was shocked lastnight around 1am I ain't a full sandwich 👀 let's hope today I can eat more. I am very weak but staying positive.

I have another doctors appointment (call) tomorrow on the phone but this is pre booked so no receptionist 😡

Missing tablets 📢

As you can see In the picture the shingles is crossing over the other side of my back slightly. After reading the NHS advice it quotes " if the rash spreads to the other side this is not shingles it is a more serious condition and to seek medical attention 👀👀

Well remember were we are, in this saga. 6 days no food, not keeping fluids down and in excruciating pain waiting for the 3rd doctor of the day to call me and waiting for these missing tablets. Zapain is still my savour but, I am getting amuned to it 😡

Desperate again I ring the chemist, I asked them to call the driver ( we can't do that he is an agency)👀 Well how does the delivery normally work ( Well he left with over 100 prescriptions to deliver so I can't tell you when) 😡😡😡

Later the 3rd doctor called and came correct, never spoke to him before but I found a good one. Explained everything and his response " This is terrible, what I will do is write another prescription and I will get it delivered to you".....WOW WOW I was so so greatful ❤️ Doc said leave it with me ill call you back ❤️

It was getting late again but that doctor gave me hope around 5pm we are now. I get a call from the doctors and the first thing she ( it's a receptionist 😡) SHOUTING said Christine 😡 what's your date of birth 😡 AM like who is this she responded, I need your date of both.That woman got eliminated, I put the phone down 😡

2 minutes later another receptionist is calling me 😡 open the call saying her name where she calling from and the reason she is calling (YES THAT IS THE CORRECT BEHAVIOUR) She said she is going over to the chemist instructed by the doctor and that the doctor will deliver my tablets on his way home 😌

BUT THIS RECEPTIONIST DID NOT STOP THERE. 😡😡😡

She proceeded to say that she was the Reception manager and asked why did you put the phone down on my colleague, she wasn't rude as I was sitting next to her, she needed some details to be able to help you, we are doing you a FAVOUR 😡😡😡😡😡

A FAVOUR what the hell, its your mess up in the first place 😡😡

Well, well, once I started talking she said calls are recorded. For me this is BLOODY GREAT because someone will be listening to that call rest assured. So unfortunately she got some of my complaints, but all recorded on the call and she gave me the name of the practice manager and I told her don't call me back, get the doc to call me 😡

10 minutes later the doctor calls again. He now says the chemist will not accept his new precription 😡because they have already percribed the same tablets and cannot give more of the same tablet in the same day 😡😡😡😡

Prescription 📢

The neighbour said NO 😡 The ambulance nice guy said "that's it, we don't normally do this but because of how you been treated by the her" ( the POPPET woman) "I will send her to get it" (👀👀 admission of her behaviour right there)

The guy sent the POPPET to the chemist, 10 minutes later a call to say its closed 😡

The guy said my only option was to go A&E. That was a big no no, not after what me and son saw.

He went but he did his very best and I thank him for that ❤️ and I'm left with no tablets again, I had a really bad night. The rash is all round my back at this point and feels like it's growing. I ask the ambulance, after he took a picture on his phone, he took a picture of my rash. In the picture where the rash is, is where the excruciating pain is 😢

I'm up alnight, I am begging for 8am to call the dreaded receptionist to speak to the doctor. I am FIRST in the queue 👀👀

They respond yet again with attitude, condescending, and said " you can't just speak to a doctor just like that" WOW it took a battle, back and forward again to be APPROVED of getting an appointment and they said a doctor will call 😡

The doctor called and I asked where have they sent the prescription and I have noone local to collect it and I'm in desperate need.

Just remember I am still ONLY on Zapain haven't eaten now for 6 days because I cannot keep anything down and desperately need the sickness tablets never mind the treatment I need for the shingles. I also pointed out that no doctor apart from the AE doc that flicked his finger at me and he didn't even check or touch me at all, have not examined me 😡

Doctor said she will send a house visit doctor. I asked the doctor if there's any possible way the doctor can bring the medication with them ( I mean a few more hours is nothing, I've done 6 days in this pain) She responded with I'll see what I can do ok thank you good bye (NEXT PLEASE)

This doctor arrives around 12ish, comes in and does my obs. I'm well excited and ask did you bring my prescription, she had no clue. At this point my daughters on the line with me. We explain what has happen, where the percription is and she slammed he bag together and says " huffing puffing we don't do this, it's no our job, we can't be responsible for medication but then she looked at me and says " since I have a car outside "I will do this for you this one time"

Everything else was not explained to me, I didn't know the outcome of the obs, advice on pain killers no nothing but in that moment my prescription is the most important, infact I felt like a I have an addiction and not getting juice from anywhere.

Guess what FFS, She called 10 minutes later and states the previous doctor called the chemist and asked for it to be delivered and the van has just left. She said they cannot tell me how long it will be, could be today or tomorrow as they had to use a agency driver. 😡

Not trusting what she is saying I call the chemist and that's what they said to me. Now I'm fully restricted, my percription is on a van somewhere and I must sit back wait even longer and hope it comes today. I call the doctors back and I said get a doctor to call me!! I want another percription writing so my son can get it.

Receptionist, Ambulance and Neighbour📢

111 sent the ambulance, before this I called my doctor and was told no doctors available but someone will call back, No empthy or consideration of your situation. The last few times I have called for a doctors appointment it has been horrendous and every repeat prescription I dread calling them too.
Some receptionist I'm really not sure why they would consider to employ horrible uncompassionate people. if you don't have the skills for multiple scenarios you shouldn't be working in such an important roles and helping to save lifes, these are people's lives.If you don't like the job then walk away ffs, if you are kind and passionate in what you do then i take my hat off to you as i know its hard.THE NHS WAS BUILT AND PAID FOR BY THE TAX PAYERS MONEY.WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO DECENT MORAL, RESPECT AND TRUST WORTHY PEOPLE LOOKING AFTER OUR MOST VUNERABLE. I KNOW ITS HARD FOR YOU AND THEIR ARE ALOT OF GOOD PEOPLE DOING THE BEST JOB BUT IT DOES SEEM,THIS IS A CONTINUING PROBLEM😡

I've dealt with specialist cases over the years and believe me I've took some s**t but understood the reasons why they are frustrated, angry dont add to the situation, really basic stuff to be honest.

You arrive at your doctors appointment and there heads are in the computer, what name is it, please take a seat. First impressions count and you are dealing with vulnerable people from when they walk In the door. Take a minute to look at the person in front of you and show some empathy. It's got to a point now I have booked 2 future appointments and I will be do this going forward. I will not be ringing any receptionist as i cannot be responsible for my actions. I want to tell these people about the actions but when you do tell them in person, you look like the bad one 😡You get warned they will cancel the treatment for being frustrated and raise voice, There were no calling names, no threating and no direct insults I am frustrated and raiseing my voice is a naturally body thing to do.These kind of people will find anything to accuse you of and the saga continues.

Remember I took my medication and then vomited half an hour late. I am still in absolute pain and confused weather to take another lot because I sicked it up?

The ambulance arrives 3 of them, 2 men and 1 young woman. I immediately facetimed Son.One guy comes in jolly saw some stock and said aww your a seller bless him and he was a student the reason for 3 of them. The other guy was calm and very helpful and really tried his best ❤️
The women who was doing my obs was talking over me and the guys, came across very condescending rolling eyes and then called me POPPET😡 I told her to get out, she came over and ripped the blood pressure band off me so fast then said don't you worry POPPET I'm going 😡 How I didn't rip her face off I don't know 😡 the student followed her and I'm left with the young but nice calming fella and he said he wasn't moving until we get you help.🙏

This young man was on it, he first called my doctors for a nerve painkiller and now sickness tablets because I sick every god thing up and trust me I'm starving. He got through within 5 minutes the fella was talking to my doctor👀👀👀 Didn't talk to me at all. Thank the lord help is here 🙏.

Its 5.25 and the chemist closes at 6pm 😢 They sent the prescription without asking me to the chemist next to the GP 😡 It's a 8 minute drive from my bungalow . When the fella come off the phone I asked him how am I meant to get the prescription and he looked really sad bless him, with the restricted time to get it. He started to ask if anyone could help, and I thought, I got a lovely neighbour always telling me to ask for help ❤️

Our friendship started 4 years ago and always say hello how are you. This couple have helped me out a couple of times, my tyre bust 4 minutes away with freezer shopping bless him he was there ❤️ and he took and picked me up from the hospital after an bad abcess and I thank you for your time. I saw my neighbour last week when my grandchildren were picking blackberries etc and he came say hello talked about some repair he was doing etc.(THIS WAS LAST WEEK).

So I try the neighbour, the ambulance was outside and the response I got was "NO, I HAVE DONE ENOUGH FOR YOU FIND SOMEONE ELSE FROM NOW ON" 👀👀 I mean what the hell, what did I do ffs. This is outright horrible human being. If he is mad with me he could have chosen his words wisely and made an excuse considering the circumstances 😡 another eliminated 😡

Tablets and percriptions 📢

Check this out since last Thursday until today the cost of the medication is up £80 👀👀👀. I know there is the discount thingy filling in yet another form but who's got the bloody time. And I know some people are excempt but I think of those who are a minimum wage and having to fork out that kind of money in a few days on the spot. Yet another complaint and this needs raising too. Most of the god dam tablets have not worked but I won't get my money back from the NHS for their mistakes will I, oh no 😡

The other thing is after your doctors appointment your doc gives you a percription, but has to be sent to a pharmacy and thank you very much next please 😡 I WAS TOLD BY A NURSE THEY ARE NOT ALOUD TO GIVE PAPER PERCRIPTIONS NOW, WELL THANK YOU FOR THAT BUT THIS IS OUT OF ORDER AND SOMETHING ELSE THAT NEEDS ADDRESSING if I had those percriptions in my hand I can go to any chemist, someone else could of got it, but no you choose a chemist on the spot and then RETRICTED. But check this,you know the doc at the hospital, the one who flicked his finger at me in disgust, well he gave me the paper copy for my Zapain, I mean seriously. 👀😡😡why are these people controlling us for f**k sake 😡

We take for granted those of us that can drive and have access to a car. What about those that don't drive and not able to collect the perception 😡 Think of this, after seeing the doc in agony, very weak, not eaten for 5 days now, that prescription has giving you hope that you may have a better night sleep and be able to eat.

Monday came at last I'm getting the percription. Son picked it up 💙 Bare this in mind because I was desperately in pain I'm not sure if I can take the Zapain with the new medication so I hold off and is crying painfully believe me. The pain is all round the kidney area and up my back. I can only describe it as sharp millions of knifes stabbing me 😡

The kids, brings the tablets, I immediately take them and hope for a better night 🙏 Kids go home not long after I vomit, vomit like a fire man's pipe 😢 It's all water but all I said to myself bloody hell did I drink that much 👀. and guess what... yes I missed the toilet 😡

I am in agony, I feel for my kids having to do a 2hr round trip( with no traffic) I am now desperate I call 111😢

Crying in agony and no trust in these people I call them anyway. THEY SEND AN AMBULANCE 😡

111 AND THE FRIEND 📢

In absolutely agony ( I've previously had blood clots in both lungs so i know bloody pain) with only my Zapain the rash started to emerge on the stomach area.

We were not convinced that this treatment is not right and I could not continue just on Zapin I called 111 to be told someone will call back after doing the initial assessment. 6 hours later calling me at midnight states that I should have been prescribed for the viral infection and ask me why the A&E 2 days ago didn't prescribe it (I'm no doctor mate). This is midnight the guy sent the perception to an unknown chemist that is shut on a Saturday morning 😡

I'm on 4 days not eaten and in agony. Jobs are piling up around me so I call my only friend.
Let me tell you this first I am a very private person and been very let down from a child and so I've tried to protect my private life over the years. Ive protection my children from drama negative people and out right horrible people. I eliminate people that are not good for me and unfortunately there is not alot of good people left 😡 I cannot stand people that pretend to be your friend whilst calling them behind there back and the worse you can do to me is CHAT MY BUSINESS OR MY HARM CHILDREN.

I called directly from my mobile ( not message or facetime) my friend had plans to go out, she did offer to cancel and I said no go out enjoy yourself ❤️

If that was me and please say if I'm wrong or my brain is wired up wrong but I would of gone out thinking about my friend and went to see her the very next opportunity (next day)

Well no phone call...nothing fuming and feeling let down again by someone I have let in to my circle. I did get a message asking how am I and has the rash spread my response was I'm in agony and yes spread round all my back now. She message with oh dear ducky sending you lots of love hope you get better soon.

I didn't need a message I needed help and I certainly was not asking TWICE.

Cut a long storie short I was told I must ask if I need anything (I DID AND I WASNT ASKING TWICE)

I loved her like my own, do anything for her, protect her and would of stepped in and put my life on the line for her, but when you are in this position you really see who is there. The friendship was a one way street and therefore I blocked her and F***Y has been eliminated 😢😡

FIRST AMBULANCE ARRIVED 📢

I heard them pull up so go to open the door. I'm in my bedroom (Bungalow) I had clothes and crafting bits on the floor she did no other than to kick my things out the way. With no energy to fight I walk in my lounge they follow. Completed all there checks gave me Morphine shot and said I had to go with them. Son drives an hour or so to get here and we requested to go Queens in Nottingham so the kids can get to me, point blank no.

After the morphine shot I'm checking there attitude and how they came in and disrespected my home, talking over me with no compassion AT ALL. I look at her deep in the eye and told her LISTEN. Son is nearly here and had him of the phone from then with me (MY BIGGEST ADVICE IS TO HAVE SOMEONE WITH YOU OR ON THE PHONE WHEN DEALING WITH ANY GP, AMBULANCE, OR POLICE). Soon as Son arrived they switch up there attitude.

We get to the hospital (remember I've been told I have a kidney infection) it's very sad and painful sight to see, I had the blanket over my face when they took us to major unit, next thing Son is sanitising my hands arms, legs and put a mask on and himself.

When he put the mask it forced me to look. It was a small room with 3 curtain sections which means only 3 beds should be in there. No there were at least 10 if not more cramped up, parked any how with generally older people waiting for hours on end, That broke my heart 😢

What also broke my heart was many times Son had to get up and help these people getting out there chair or getting them water, and don't get me wrong I am so very proud of my son because he has the morals, respect and manners and will help anyone no question but how many people are left like that in this horrid world we live.

There was a lovely lady that stepped in after her putting a bullet in my ass🤣 she then came back and said I'm moving you to a side room bless you ❤️

I had bloods, CT scan and I think around 1am the doctor arrived and stood there cocky as I don't know what and said there's nothing wrong with you and no kidney infection 😡

I sit up, high on the morphine and whatever that was in my ass, as I did he said what's that and flicked his finger at my belly. I look and there's a red spot no bigger than a grane of salt. Doctor straight away said you have shingles 👀😡 The doctor did not touch me, check me just flicked his finger at my belly 😡

His exact words...because you've had back pain for the last 2 weeks there's nothing they can do, go home ride it out. I am heart broken again I'm thinking of the pain, no treatment, what about the antibiotics I was taking "put them in the bin" (I PAY FOR MY PERSCRIPTIONS) Son asked for some stronger pain killers and they gave me Zapain 👀👀 WE GAVE UP

We are all exhausted, Son been up since 4.30am for work so he was up nearly 24 hours and it's a good job he drives to be honest. Daughters feeling it cause she cannot be there or do anything.My daughter Son and I have paid and paying our taxes (daughter is in the high end bracket) and sickening to think this is how people are being treated on tax payers money. One wise person once said to me "if it's happening to you its happening somewhere else too" and it's very sad 😢

SHINGLES HOW IT STARTED 📢

I was having back pain and taking ibuprofen and over the counter pain killers. At that point I had that many fan's going on at night that I thought it was a cold in my bones this went on for 2 weeks just shrugged it off.

I went to edan hall with the girls and I was in agony. We all thought it may be a kidney infection.

I had to kick off to get an appointment, I rang and got through at 8.10 and the condescending receptionist told me I have to call back tomorrow no appointments left 👀👀 at 10 past 8 you have no appointments left are you having a laugh. In agony I refused and she said that someone will call back later. Hours past and was told to come in around 3pm.

There was no doctor, a nurse prescribed me with antibiotics for kidney infection, as you can imagine I was relieved that in a few days I would get better. No pain killers given so I was still taking the over counter ones that I brought previously. 2 days later my daughter rings then my son and I begged for help, they rang an ambulance.

By this time I try to eat at edan hall on the Wednesday but could not stomach anything, 3 days no food just water and antibiotics and pain killers I was a mess 😢

Now comes the saga of treatment disrespect and out right horrible people and I've had enough.

But you know what I've kept my gob shut to long and that's not the person I am, I will out you, I will delete you, I will tell you about yourself if you don't come correct 😡
