We often find we end up with random pieces that don't have a friend, have a tiny chip or some crazing. We also have a rather prolific spider plant in the kitchen. One small brainwave later and we now have less unmatched items and more potted plants.

One of the things we really love about hunting down stock is finding Uranium Glass in the wild.

Uranium glass has become a real glow‑up obsession — a beautiful slice of vintage history that lights up like neon magic under UV. Made with a tiny amount of uranium oxide, these pieces were crafted from the late 1800s through the mid‑20th century and are loved today for their unmistakable green fluorescence and intricate moulded patterns. It’s the perfect blend of antique charm and science‑geek joy, and every piece feels like it has its own little secret.

This haul has found its way to us over the last few shopping days and will come with us to on Sunday!
