We’re looking for an inspiring Retail Training & Development Lead to help empower our teams, elevate performance, and create a culture of continuous learning and development.

💰 £29,200 - £31,853 per annum
🕛 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with occasional weekend work on a rota basis
📍 All retail sites (Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire & High Peak)
