I love chocolate, and I didn't want to give it up even though I live a really healthy lifestyle. So I started to adapt recipes to make them healthier by using coconut sugar instead of refined sugar, as well as 100% organic cacao powder, which contains potassium, iron, zinc, copper and other antioxidants. The coconut oil and coconut butter contains essential fatty acids and help to prevent heart di

sease and high blood pressure. They also help to boost your immune system and memory and brain function as well as improve endurance and energy. I make these chocolates bespoke to you in small or large batches, always using locally sourced organic and fair trade whenever possible. My business is growing from a combined passion for chocolate and healthy living, because "A day without health is a day without happiness" - but treats should be a part of that too! Three Great Taste Awards… and for the second time running, the same three bars 🌟🍫

Vanuatu 72% won a 2-star Great Taste Award 🌟🌟🍫

Here’s what the judges said: “Deep, rich and fruity with a surprisingly smooth melt point. It has a very smooth mouthfeel and no bitterness, and some very complex layers. A great individual bar and a real treat.”

Vanuatu produces just 0.02% of the world’s cocoa. We are so proud to carry this origin and even prouder that the judges felt what we feel every time we taste it 🍫

Colombian 66% won a Great Taste Award 🌟🍫

The judges said: “A neat, concise bar which snaps pleasingly and displays a medium sheen. The chocolate has a pleasing complexity, with strong, fruity cherry flavours and a lingering after-taste.”

This one means a lot as Luisa flew to Colombia on a project to empower female farmers (read our blog!). 🍫

Philippines 72% won a Great Taste Award 🌟🍫

Here’s what the judges said: “A lovely shiny chocolate bar with a nice snap. The chocolate seems of good quality, with a very fruity aroma and taste notes of fig and plum.”

We love the Philippines cacao so much that we use it across 3 products… 72%, 92%, and 100% with dates! 🇵🇭
