Greetings to all gluten free and to all dairy free eaters and thanks for prompts that told me my address was unchanged. It is true that I no longer hold a stall at Victoria Market nor do I stand at Sneinton Market monthly. The pandemic lock downs spelled closure for a struggling business but I still observe my dietary avoidance and enjoy developing optional meals and snacks daily. I hope to develop my transfer skills app to app to post ideas on this page

The fats content in gluten free cakes needs to offer some fibre as this is what is lost when changing from wheat flour. When using creamed coconut, warm gently to melting point and whip in 1 ounce of oil to make the mixture lighter.

this is glutenndairyfreeluv ltd business to business page. In it I try to blog information for sharing and discussion. I have spent tnree weeks studying GDPR for small business compliance. In the process i have contacted Godaddy, joined FSB for advice and been so depleted in the process that I have presented loud over stress to a local councillor and my MP.
In a nutshell, how can a new business sustain large demands, withstand, threats of excessive fines and /or compliance charges and maintain and promote its products.. My concusion is it can't, especially since the ISO now does not espect to conclude its advice for implementation until a bare 3 weeks before the expected date of increased enforcement.
My website will have to be modified to cope with further delay until the up-dated advice is available, stablilised and installed at a reasonable pace of development for a lone trader Bare with all of this, submit your likes and comments. Let us keep ou businesses fir for survival.
