🍜 These are the Bai Jia sesame paste broad noodles. They’re so easy to make and so good, with chewy, wide noodles coated in a rich and nutty sesame sauce.

💡I added a little dash of Chinese dark vinegar for extra tang!

🍜 Turn a simple pack of instant noodles into a creamy, spicy bowl of comfort in just 5 minutes.

Cook the noodles, leaving a splash of water when draining. Stir in 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tsp chilli crisp, then mix until smooth. Top with spring onions and enjoy!
